Robert Paul is a cultural expert with particular focus on change and intercultural collaboration, having in-depth practical knowledge and understanding of change management in complex global organizations.  

Robert Paul has over 25 years consulting and management experience, working mainly in Europe, but also in the Middle East, US, Asia and New Zealand. He has led many strategic change and transformation programs, such as large-scale re-organizations, cultural integration and leadership development programs as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has been acting as facilitator, consultant and trainer on a global scale for a wide range of companies such as Heineken, PepsiCo, BP, Generali, Philips, Shell, Schneider Electric, ING, Fokker, Nokia Siemens and many others.  

Robert Paul is a pragmatic businessperson and sees culture and business as going hand in hand. He is a respected speaker on international conferences on culture, leading change and transformation. He acts as guest speaker at various universities and business schools and teaches a Master class Change Management for a large educational MBA institute.  

A native of the Netherlands he developed his passion for culture through working internationally during most of his career. He understands the cultural context where business issues manifest themselves and is actively looking for the ‘courageous conversations’ that will help companies to achieve improved performance.  

Robert Paul graduated from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, Rotterdam School of Management. He holds a postgraduate degree in Change Management from the VU University, Amsterdam and attended the Coaching and Consulting for Change Program (INSEAD), leading to a degree in Organizational Psychology.
