Merging Corporate Cultures


This module builds on to the basis of Cross Cultural Communication. Poor culture fit is often seen as one reason why the M&A was not as successful as organizations hoped for.

Cross-border M&A has the added challenges of having to deal with both national and organizational culture differences. What can you do to successfully merge two (cross-border) corporate cultures? In this workshop we’ll offer a mix of theoretical research and practical application.

  • Where Cultures Collide: M&A from a Cultural Perspective. Various approaches to cultural change programs, research and case studies.
  • Design a Change Program for an M&A process (for your organization)

As part of our preparation we’ll send out an online survey to all participants, thus assuring that the program will address the specific needs and context of each individual.
