Building an International Corporate Culture
Leading (in) an international organization means that you need to strike the balance between being globally in control and locally agile. You want to build a distinct Corporate Culture that’s helping you to build your international brand and corporate identity.
This workshop will offer you a mix of theoretical research and practical application
- Diagnosing Corporate Culture; different perspectives and instruments (Schein, Quinn & Cameron, various models used by Consultancies)
- Case study: recognizing your Corporate Culture
- Changing Corporate Culture different approaches and instruments (Schein, Quinn & Cameron, Trompenaars, Spencer Stuart)
- Case study: design a Change Program for developing a strong Corporate Culture
As part of our preparation we will interview each participant by phone or Skype, thus assuring that the program will address the specific needs and context of each individual.
Change managers, HR managers, and Consultants with at least 5 years of working experience in a mid-level to senior position in or for international organizations.

When traveling by public transport, it is a 3-minute walk from the Amstel Station. (If Casa 400 is not available on the desired date, we will use another location that’s easily accessible by both car and public transport
